## Method

- Central estimates blend an income-side measure (resident household income share, weight 0.605) with a production-side measure (activity at business locations); the two measures bound the published range.
- Extraction sectors allocate only their labour-income share; agriculture only its employer-farm share. The rest is residual until facility- and land-based weights exist.
