Businesses agree to these classes separately. Agreeing to one does not agree them to any other, and listing may be agreed alone.

## Never published

- Home addresses. They are not collected.
- Owner names, phone numbers or email addresses.
- Any field in a class the business did not agree to.
- Which questions a business declined. A declined answer and a withheld one are indistinguishable to a reader, deliberately.

## Coverage

Collections are partial by design and publish how partial, as a share of the businesses Statistics Canada reports for the community. Businesses not visited are absent, never zero.

## Withdrawal

A business may withdraw its record or narrow it to the classes it still agrees to. The change takes effect at the next publication, and records are republished per collection window rather than on an annual cycle.
