Registry schema 1.0. Registration documents a model; it does not convert a derived output into an official measurement. Machine contract: `/api/v1/models`; bulk snapshot: `/data/models.json`.

## Saskatchewan community GDP allocation

| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Model ID | community-gdp |
| Version | 2.1.0 |
| Certification | registered |
| Output kind | derived-estimate |
| Geography | Saskatchewan census subdivisions and economic regions |
| Owner | GDP model owner |
| Back-test status | pending |

**Formula.** Allocate the observable share of each official provincial industry benchmark by a declared activity-weight family; blend production- and income-side community measures where both exist; retain all unobservable value as an explicit provincial residual.

**Material inputs**

- 36-10-0711-01 (`statcan-gdp-36100711`) — Official provincial GDP benchmark by industry
- 33-10-1097-01 (`statcan-business-counts-33101097`) — Employer-business activity weights
- 98-10-0002-01 (`statcan-census-population-dwellings-98100002`) — Population and occupied-dwelling weights
- 98-10-0057-01 (`statcan-census-income-98100057`) — Resident household-income weights

**Assumptions and sensitivity limits**

- Assumption: Income-side weight is fixed at the calculation-version value.
- Assumption: Extraction allocates only its declared labour-income share until facility weights are certified.
- Assumption: Agriculture allocates only its employer-farm share until land and farm-production weights are certified.
- Limit: Published low/high ranges bound the income-side and production-side measures.
- Limit: Provincial residuals are never redistributed merely to complete community coverage.

**Prohibited interpretations**

- Not an official Statistics Canada community or regional GDP measurement.
- Not a current business valuation, municipal tax base or forecast.
- Suppressed estimates must not be reconstructed from internal allocations.

**Validation.** No official community GDP series exists for direct back-testing; future municipal accounts and audited local controls may support partial validation.

## Labour-demand GDP composition sensitivity

| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Model ID | labour-demand-gdp-sensitivity |
| Version | labour-demand-gdp-v1 |
| Certification | registered |
| Output kind | sensitivity-scenario |
| Geography | Saskatchewan province and NAICS sectors |
| Owner | GDP model owner |
| Back-test status | not-applicable |

**Formula.** Normalize sector openings by midpoint employment, apply the versioned elasticity within the factor cap, tilt sector composition, and reconcile the result back to the unchanged official provincial GDP total.

**Material inputs**

- 36-10-0711-01 (`statcan-gdp-36100711`) — Official fixed provincial GDP total and sector baseline
- 33-10-1097-01 (`statcan-business-counts-33101097`) — Sector employment denominator
- ea639e28-c0fc-48bf-b5dd-b8899bd43072 (`job-bank-open-demand`) — Measured advertised-opening distribution
- saskjobs-homepage-detail-index (`saskjobs-public-search-index`) — Observed Saskatchewan opening control totals

**Assumptions and sensitivity limits**

- Assumption: Default elasticity is 0.05.
- Assumption: Default sector factor movement is capped at ±10%.
- Assumption: Unmatched or missing opening evidence applies a neutral factor rather than zero demand.
- Limit: Elasticity must remain between 0 and 1.
- Limit: Factor cap must remain between 0 and 0.5.
- Limit: The official provincial GDP total is invariant.

**Prohibited interpretations**

- Advertised openings are not counted as GDP dollars.
- The scenario is not a GDP forecast or causal impact estimate.
- Sector tilts do not establish hiring, investment or productivity.

**Validation.** This is a bounded sensitivity analysis, not a predictive model.

## Saskatchewan household discretionary-income scenario

| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Model ID | discretionary-income |
| Version | sk-discretionary-income-v1 |
| Certification | registered |
| Output kind | derived-estimate |
| Geography | Saskatchewan communities mapped to published rent and MBM regions |
| Owner | Affordability model owner |
| Back-test status | partial |

**Formula.** Estimate annual statutory deductions with tax model ca-sk-2025-v2, convert scenario earnings to monthly net income, and subtract separately evidenced rent plus household-sized MBM transportation and non-shelter components.

**Material inputs**

- 14-10-0417-01 (`statcan-wages-14100417`) — Published occupational wage evidence
- 34-10-0133-01 (`statcan-rents-34100133`) — Published surveyed rent evidence
- 11-10-0066-01 (`statcan-mbm-11100066`) — Market Basket Measure components
- 11-10-0104-01 (`statcan-mbm-11100104`) — Household-size Market Basket Measure totals

**Assumptions and sensitivity limits**

- Assumption: Hours, earners, bedrooms and vehicle requirement are explicit caller-supplied scenario inputs.
- Assumption: Survey rent is kept separate from MBM shelter to prevent double counting.
- Assumption: Unknown components remain unavailable rather than zero.
- Limit: The result changes only through explicit household inputs or versioned source/model updates.
- Limit: No current listing price, seat, commute or utility value is inferred where evidence is absent.

**Prohibited interpretations**

- Not tax, financial or relocation advice.
- Not a promise that a wage, rental unit or job is available.
- A positive remainder is not proof that a household can afford a community.

**Validation.** Tax, CPP and EI parameters are checked against official rates; household outcome back-testing requires consented longitudinal outcomes.

## Aggregate labour-pressure indicators

| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Model ID | labour-pressure |
| Version | labour-pressure-v1 |
| Certification | registered |
| Output kind | aggregate-indicator |
| Geography | Saskatchewan province and governed sector/credential cohorts |
| Owner | Labour intelligence model owner |
| Back-test status | pending |

**Formula.** Compute posting-to-holder or posting-to-candidate ratios only where the governed denominator exists and the cohort meets the suppression floor.

**Material inputs**

- ea639e28-c0fc-48bf-b5dd-b8899bd43072 (`job-bank-open-demand`) — Provider-qualified posting and demand evidence

**Assumptions and sensitivity limits**

- Assumption: Cohorts below the configured k-floor are suppressed.
- Assumption: A missing denominator yields null, never infinity or a labour-shortage claim.
- Assumption: Credential names join only after provider normalization.
- Limit: Ratios are descriptive within the disclosed provider corpus.
- Limit: Suppression and null-denominator rules cannot be disabled by a client query.

**Prohibited interpretations**

- Not proof of a labour shortage, vacancy rate or available worker count.
- Not suitable for individual ranking or adverse decisions.
- Preview postings must not be described as current employer demand.

**Validation.** Comparison against later vacancy and employment outcomes is not yet implemented.
