— Role counts are people reported per kind of work. A person who does two kinds of work is counted in each, so the total is role positions, not employment.
— Available capacity is each business’s own estimate, kept as bands. It is not a measured utilisation rate, and no average is taken across bands.
— Reach is where businesses say they normally serve. It is not evidence of sales or market share in those places.
— Composed from business-level observations for Division No. 12: each business counted once, in the one municipality it operates from, and every level above it — division, region, province — is the sum of the level below. No municipal or provincial summary is stored anywhere.
— Coverage denominator: Synthetic business population generated alongside the answers.
