Current prices, active listings and market velocity require a reviewed public source, and none is permitted yet. Rather than publish modelled figures that would read as measurements, this page publishes nothing until one is.
Housing evidence that is published
- Measured rents and vacancy rates from the CMHC Rental Market Survey, by community and unit size.
- Census dwelling values and housing-supply context, carried through the community economy profiles and dated to their reference period.
Both are historical or surveyed measurements, not a current-market index. Neither answers what a specific home would sell for today.
