Employers
Search everyone in the province who is open to new work. You can see what people can do — skills, credentials, experience, what they are aiming for. You cannot see who they are until they decide to tell you.
Every person here controls their own record. They choose which details are visible, and names and contact details are never part of a search result. When you want to reach someone, you send a request stating why — they see your reason in your own words and decide. Grants expire, and people can withdraw them at any time.
Searches matching fewer than 5 people return a count rather than individuals. In a province this size, a narrow enough search identifies someone without ever needing their name.
